Dobb's story gently explores friendship, kindness, standing up for others, and learning to love what makes you you. It works well for little listeners around ages 3 to 8.
Written with language in mind
Darren Speed holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and worked as a speech-language pathologist. He wrote Dobb's story to help build speech and language skills in young readers.
You can read the picture book, watch the animated School Day story (free on YouTube, made for kids), or listen to the read-aloud together.
